If you need an exam or test accommodation, you will need to follow these steps to request an accommodated exam:

1. Request your letter of accommodation using the letter of accommodation portal.
2. Submit all requests for accommodated tests and exams at least three (3) weeks in advance of the scheduled dates using the Accommodated Test and Exam Booking Portal.
3. Review the Policies and Procedures for writing your accommodated exam/test.
